What We Offer:

We loved hummus but couldn’t find anywhere to eat it in traditional style, in a bowl with a fresh warm pita on the side to rip & dip. with a load of innocence and passion, a borrowed gazebo and a small fryer from argos, we set out around the streets and parks of leeds and people started to fall in love with humpit. The store is tiny but we created a huge buzz and we’ve been looking for a larger site for some time now. We are creative, delicious and nutritious food that feeds the soul. Our aim is to bring vegetarian and vegan food to the masses and make everyone fall in love with our green cuisine. As well as our delicious burgers we believe that good food doesn’t need to cost the earth.

Delicious food , very fresh and tasty. Lovely staff. I personally thought the service was great, I’d much prefer they take time and care with my food than rush it. Shows that they are doing it properly.
The best falafel I ever had, a fantastic combination of food with people’s attitude; they care to explain and suggest the best assortment of sauces for the chosen dish even during the busy lunch hours. Must visit place if you love Hummus and Falafel.
Always enjoyed Humpit in Leeds, so when i spotted the Sheffield one, I just had to drop by to pick up some lunch. The seating and serving area is small, so when I arrived shortly after opening time, there was a small queue, so waited outside for about 5 minutes.

This place is fully vegetarian, very reasonably priced, with some good options for vegans too. The chocolate cake tasted amazing, highly recommended! We had a great experience, 4 stars only because the place could be elevated with some cozier seating, professionally printed/designed menus, or by having a rotating selection of cakes.
The food was really beautiful and the staff are really friendly. We had four dishes: sweet potato fries, hummus and pita bread, aubergine with tomato sauce, and falafel and salad. All dishes were fantastic. I normally don’t give reviews but had to with this place. Vegan/veggie friendly.

Delicious, reasonably priced vegetarian and vegan food served in a relaxed casual setting has been the Blue Moon’s reliable service to Sheffielders for many years. We’ve been regular customers for ages.

Both dishes were very tasty and we both agreed that it was the best faux me*at style vegan food we’d eaten out so far. It was the perfect amount of food and we snaffled the whole lot with not a crumb left. We particularly loved the fried chick’n on the teller 😄 ! The staff were also lovely and very attentive and made us feel valued. We will definitely be back and can’t wait for our next visit
This vegan restaurant is simply fantastic. The fried “chicken” is to die for. If you haven’t been, you’re missing out. Service has been fantastic both times we have been, the table service having a perfect blend of polite, funny and knowledgeable, without being intrusive.
Lovey place for a spot of lunch. Be warned the portions are massive! Incredibly tasty though. We had a enormous doggy bag to take home to enjoy for tea! Friendly staff and a nice selection of beers. It’s card only. The tipping option on the card reader is hardy as well.
