Great company, providing a professional and courteous service throughout. I commissioned Inform to undertake a snagging report on my new build property – this proved to be invaluable, identifying issues which the builder would not have addressed otherwise. This is something all new build purchasers should have done. Brilliant service the bill was as initially quoted. would highly recommend.
They provided me with a nice middle option between a home buyers report and a full comprehensive survey called a ‘summary of defects and repairs’, which was a great option based on what I felt I needed.
Gavin worked with us on a party wall agreement, and held our hand through the whole process. What could have been a highly stressful process was made a lot less stressful as a result of the measured, informed advice we received.
