Very good indeed. Go for the slammers as starters, basically a selection of the available starters in shot glasses. They do a daily fish delivery which makes up the bulk of the menu + some other favourites.

I rarely give 5 stars these days, but this easily hits that exceptional mark. The food was exquite, the staff friendly and helpful. It deserves French awards – I cannot compliment the chef enough. A memorable meal.
Great meal. Nice to see Carry’s slammers back. The hot fish platter was excellent. Excellent meal on return visit. Oysters, slammers, hake and strawberry slammers.

The interior and the atmosphere is fantastic, everyone we spoke to was lovely, and the food was faultless. It was absolutely delicious and one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. Native is a true gem and we’ll absolutely be returning.
We were absolutely blown away by the evening we had at Native. Firstly, it’s a gorgeous restaurant & we were welcomed very warmly as soon as we arrived. The standard of service was incredible. I’ve forgotten his name, but your head host was brilliant – funny and informative, I really appreciated finding out how our meals were prepared. And that brings me onto the food itself.
Excellent food, staff and restaurant but sort out the soft drink prices.

After walking past Plesters for years, finally took the plunge and visited and was not disappointed. The Black Pudding starter was delicious, the Steak perfectly cooked medium rare and a delicious home made Bakewell Tart. Topped off with a fantastic bottle of Rose.
Friendly welcome. Their first brunch time opening! Good selection of dishes, all freshly prepared. Pleasantly busy but not overly so. Lovely atmosphere. Clean, bright contemporary decor. Bar area for drinks. Definitely will go back. Eager to try their Caribbean dishes.
Outstanding food! Plesters only have a small selection of dishes, but do them all really well, coupled with house wine at £10 a bottle, its easy to make it a regular haunt. The service is friendly from the Mum, Dad and Daughter who helps out, its an asset to the area.
