Hands down best lettings agency I have ever dealt with. Pa Properties were always so attentive and responsive with any issues with the house. When I needed a second desk for my room to be able to work from home, they had it to me straight away. Christina was always very easy to communicate with and on the rare occasion I missed a rent payment due to not shuffling my money between accounts in time, they were very understanding and rectifying the issue was never much of a concern.
Lived in one of PA Property’s rooms for 2.5 years and found it a great place to live. The price was reasonable for the amount of space I had and service/repairs were always very fast. All the staff are friendly and very accommodating.
I hadn’t heard of PA Properties until 4th year but they are by far the best landlords I’ve had! They were super quick to respond to any email and to fix anything, the house was really nice and modern, they went above and beyond to help us out. Just lovely people who genuinely want to help. If you go for the bills inclusive option and use less heating and water than expected you get refunded – we managed to save quite a bit! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for student accommodation in Sheffield.

Elena has over 20 years’ experience in property management, having managed her own properties in and around Sheffield, as well as Liverpool. I have been both a tenant and landlord with EBC. They did their best when I was a tenant facing a number of challenging issues with a very difficult owner who lived abroad and did not wish to maintain his property adequately. Because of their service and support through those circumstances, I have recently engaged them to find me a new tenant for my own home while I am living away.
I’ve just finished up a tenancy with EBC, was very happy with their service from start to finish of my time with them. We required a few changes to the property during our stay (just normal things that come up from an older house) and these were dealt with swiftly.
Briliant estate agency. It was a real pleasure to deal with you. Amazing service and verry friendly staff. Evelina was a hero sorting our paperwork for renting our new house , also Elena and Richard very helpful. Well done guys.
