Fabulous music school – can not recommend highly enough. Truly inspirational teachers all passionate about their music and their teaching. My boys love their music lessons and look forward to them every week. They are inspired to practice by their wonderful teachers – can not ask for more than that.
Fantastic school. Has car parking including disabled at the front, wheelchair access, toilets and baby changing. Not to mention all the different instruments they offer and endless events they put on for the children. This school is booming and I’m honoured to be part of it.
Amazing school, great teachers. Definitely the best place to bing children of all ages- there are also activities for adults! The teachers are relaxed and aren’t strict but out of all the exams I have had here not one have I failed.

Established in 2005, Harmony Music School has worked hard to become Sheffield’s most recommended, independent music school. Our son has been a pupil at Harmony for 6 years and he has loved every lesson. All the staff are friendly, professional, enthusiastic and welcoming. The standard of teaching is excellent. Robert is a great guy.! I look forward to the guitar lessons weekly. I have been attending for just over a year. It has improved my guitar practice 10-fold, prior to this I would say I didn’t have a clue. Now I enjoy experimenting in different styles classical, blues, traditional, folk style, popular music.
I came to Rob as someone wanting to learn the guitar approaching retirement age, having never played an instrument before or learnt music. Rob’s friendly nature, enduring patience, knowledge and experience have helped me tremendously in learning to play some basic tunes and understand music theory in a short time. I look forward to his tuition each time and am enjoying my learning journey with him. Would highly recommend.
I started my lessons with Robert in 2021 as a hacker, and after 6 or 7 months or so, I now strum and pick with a degree of confidence. Robert is clearly experienced in both playing guitar, and tuition, but is prepared to come down to my level and maintain his cool demeanour. I don’t hesitate in making a recommendation.
