Excellent leisure facility, spacious and comfortable, very large well equipped gym, exercise hall and aerobic studio, swimming pool, sauna, rest areas and member’s lounge.
Looked nice didn’t use.
Love how quiet this gym is , and the pool is nice and warm.

Nice clean pool, friendly staff. Lockers need round trolley coin or old £1 coin. Free parking. Showers are VERY hot and at moment some aren’t working in Ladies shower area. Overall I really like the pool and would have given 5* but showers let it down a bit. Membership very good value, only £24 month and as I swim at least 4 times a week well worth it.
Lane swimming . Book in advance to get a time slot & it seems to be a great idea . You can try each slot & see which one works best for you . Buy a life card & go swimming for less than 4 quid . Recommended.
The pool is Ok for the size, water is a good temperature, the staff are always very friendly, the only down side is the changing rooms, they are a little run down and a lot of the lockers are broken but we still go. Pity, a bit more money could be spent cleaning it up.

Our kit includes cardio equipment including bikes, treadmillls, adaptive motion trainer, assault air bike and assault air runner, functional training area including TRX, boxing pads, free weights, slam balls, sand bags and resistance machines.  Our timetable offers over 25 fitness classes each week in our sports hall. Choose from traditional classes such as aerobics and pilates or more high intensity classes with favourites from Les Mills including BODYATTACK. Our 20 metre swimming pool is open for bookings for lane swimming, relaxed just swim sessions and private hire family swim pod sessions. All swimming sessions must be booked in advance.

The pool is lovely although the showers, changing rooms are very tired. The place could do with refreshing. The lockers only accept 10p and often get stuck. The place would benefit from a refresh of the showers and changing facilities.
Great place just need changing rooms pool side sorting not been done in over 10 yrs.
Only used the 4G football pitch at this venue but excellent playing surface with a great 4m high fence surrounding it to stop most the missed shots turning into a long walk to fetch the ball back.
