Hidden away, up the stairs at Orchard Square, you will find a fantastic, speedy and fairly priced jewellery service from Michael Spencer’s. With one broken and both a little tight, I took two silver bracelets of great sentimental value to the workshop to be fixed and extended. With quiet professionalism, the team talked me through what could be done and a week later, both were fixed and ready for collection, good as new, without a trace of where they had been split and finished exactly as asked for. I’m really grateful and very pleased. Well worth a visit.

Visited the store for the first time, in the hopes of having some jewellery altered/ repaired. I was given fantastic service with a fast turn around. Will be sure to point others to Michael Spencer Jewellers in the future.
