Edo Sushi is brought to you by two good friends with a passion for Japanese food. We want to bring more diversity to food in Sheffield and give people the chance to try authentic Japanese food straight from the kitchen. Good sushi needs to be fresh sushi. So we promise that everything coming out of our shop is made fresh that day. Our dedicated team includes a chef trained in Tokyo. All our sushi is handmade with the greatest care and attention. Seasonality is important to us in bringing you the freshest ingredients, whilst seasonal sources support more sustainable products. We do not use any endangered fish in our food and our salmon is farmed off the coast of Scotland.

Ordered a takeaway the other week from here, it came quickly (to S2) and was so delicious. The 2 x handmade rolls and 2 x maki rolls came to £27.70 with delivery – so fairly reasonable.
Absolutely fantastic. Every time we go the food is impeccable and service is always great too! It is pricey, but it’s worth it for special occasions.

We thought we found the best sushi in Beeston and nothing can beat that but we were wrong… Beeston is really good and this place is amazing. Real taste of Japan. We were so lucky to have found this place, and we drove all the way from leicester to here 3 times in 2 weeks lol

It’s a nice little restaurant with friendly staff. The food is really good and there’s a lot of it! I struggled to finish some of it on my own. But it tastes like what I would eat in Japan.
Went today to Yama Sushi for the first time and it was absolutely delicious!!!!! The staff was very nice and the food was so fresh and it looked beautiful. 10/10 recommended.

Consistently excellent in their service given. The best sushi in Sheffield by far.

We ordered duck ramen, salmon sashimi rice and Japanese fried chicken for our lunch. They were delicious especially the soup base for the ramen. The fried chicken was excellent. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Service was great and I’ll definitely come back again for the ramen and sushi.
Amazing Japanese food, we ordered far to much but it was so delicious. The staff were also super friendly
Always an amazing experience. Best sushi in Sheffield.
