Excellent. We approached Ecclesall Design 2-3 years ago seeking advice on dealing with defects to our house, exacerbated by a very exposed location. The prepared solution involved significant building work. They obtained Building Regulations approval and provided an upgraded specification that went beyond Building Regulations requirements in order to better address the exposed location.
I would like to say how happy we are at this stage. Nothing has seemed too much trouble, even though we seem to have a had a very long list of demands that really didn’t think would work on our plot. We are planning for an annexe for a family member, and a large renovation to make the rest of the house work for our family.
Ecclesall Design shared free advice for a house extension / remodel and were very helpful in our decision making process. The person I spoke to genuinely wanted to help and see our project succeed. Just nice people who know what they’re talking about.
