Having had a problem with an e-bike our purchased at another store, we sought some advice & help from Giant Sheffield branch. The service was excellent. Tony, Pete & Lisa were extremely friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. Despite them not stocking this particular bike, nothing was too much trouble for them. Our issue ended up being solved by them and we are very grateful. I previously bought some bike clothing from the same store and it was a similarly excellent level of service. We will continue to use this store and recommend it highly only to all our friends. Thanks Giant Sheffield.
Yet again the amazing staff at Giant Sheffield sorted me out. A trip to Canada needed a bike box they even offered to strip the bike and put it into the box for me. I did need help putting my bike back together and they were only to happy to help.
Very happy with the service I received when choosing a road bike. All staff were helpful. In particular Jesse offered excellent advice when helping to choose my bike and some tips on maintenance after purchase.

Always fantastic. This is my go-to bike shop, prices are always extremely cheap, work is always very fast and they give great advice. Wouldn’t go to any other bike shop in Bristol.
Been here a few times for mine and my girlfriends bike. Every time it has been really good quick service to a high standard and the price is really good too! Would highly recommend to go here for any bike needs.
I can not praise this business enough. I’ve rented a bike from here and it was amazing for such a cheap price I couldn’t believe it. The guy who runs the business is so helpful and nice.

Langsett Cycles were again at the forefront of the sport with a combination of top brands and riders. We were definitely a force to be reckoned with. One of our proudest achievements was the discovery of two old Langsett boys namely Steve Peat and Will Longden. Steve and Will were weedy little teenagers when they first started to come into the shop, but as soon as you saw them on a bike it was clear to see they had something special. Through our sponsorship and backing they went from strength to strength as can be seen from the long list of successful results in National and International events. The most significant result being Steve Peat crowned World Downhill Champion in 2009 .

Wonderful staff who helped me out when I realised (very last-minute) that I wasn’t able to get the pedals off my bike in preparation for my trip. I arrived at the shop in a panic and they were able to sort it for me right away. Excellent and friendly service.
Took my MTB in for a service, needing it returned asap as I’m moving away. I got it back in more than enough time, and it’s feels like a brand-new bike. Brilliant.
Great shop for MTB and Road. They managed to fit my wheel in for repair at short notice. The staff have a great range of knowledge.
