I was doing all of my accounts work myself as I do not trust anyone else to do it but I am really glad I decided to outsource all of my book work to them.

Hawsons Chartered Accountants assisted us (Specialised Movers Ltd) throughout our transition to employee ownership through an employee ownership trust (“EOT”). Peter Wilmer, Jack Ware and Jack Parker, of the Corporate Finance team at Hawsons, offered sound professional advice throughout the process and we were delighted in how the whole transaction was managed from start to finish. We have used Hawsons Sheffield for many years, they also have offices in Doncaster and Northampton, which means more expertise. We work mostly with Sam Butler and Craig Burton, but we have also had help from the Tax office there and the Vat experts. We used the corporate team once as well with an MBO.

This is an updated review – I’ve been using TaxAssist (Sheffield North) for a few years now for my Ltd co and they are always very helpful and efficient.
