Hawsons Chartered Accountants assisted us (Specialised Movers Ltd) throughout our transition to employee ownership through an employee ownership trust (“EOT”). We have used Hawsons Sheffield for many years, they also have offices in Doncaster and Northampton, which means more expertise. This is an updated review – I’ve been using TaxAssist (Sheffield North) for a few years now for my Ltd co and they are always very helpful and efficient.
