I absolutely Adore Dance Revolution. As a person who has never danced before I was terrified of going to a dance class but I went and it was such a good decision!
Dance Revolution is, well, a revolution. Instead of learning set a sequence of moves in a bar, this place actually teaches you to dance in a way that you will remember. Classes for every level in salsa, bachata, kizomba and belly dance, classes are cleverly structured but lots of fun. The atmosphere is relaxed and teachers and students are friendly. If you want to learn any of these styles in Sheffield, but feel that you’re not making any progress learning in bars, this is place to come.
Best dance studio in Sheffield. Bellydance classes are amazing and Jaleh is a fantastic teacher.

I trialled a dance mix class tonight with a lovely lady (im sorry I can’t remember her name.) She was so smiley and welcoming. I was nervous about coming as I sometimes struggle to follow dance steps, but she was very patient and encouraging. She went through all the steps and broke them down brilliantly. I also love that the dance sequence/ style changes every 2 weeks. It will keep it interesting. I feel i will get a lot from this. I’ve just signed up. Thank u for making me feel so welcome.
My daughter has been with Dance Unlimited for the last 6 years and absolutely loves it. The staff are all exceptional and go above and beyond in their teaching and support. My daughter absolutely loves performing in the shows at the City Hall and they have done wonders for her confidence and dancing. I would highly recommend.
There is so much that I could say about the wonderful folks at Dance Unlimited. From the beginning of your time here; you will feel warmly welcomed into the DU family. My daughter absolutely loves coming to dancing, and gets so excited to see her teacher (and Izzy who she idolises) and friends every week. Whenever she has been shy or sad, she’s been well looked after and comes out beaming. The new studio is absolutely amazing as well, so much space for classes, a play corner for the little ones and coffee for the grown ups. If you’re looking for the best dance school in Sheffield, in my opinion you’ve found it.

Hype Dance Company was established in 2004 by Anna Olejnicki, with the aim of bringing dance to as many people as possible, in as many ways as possible through lessons, workshops and performances. Hype had been my family for 9yrs. It is the only dance school I have found that welcomes and encourages adults of all abilities to dance. Anna persuaded me to take my teaching qualification and I couldn’t thank her enough!!! I can honestly say it is the best school I have had the pleasure of attending and teaching at. The teachers are amazing, welcoming and supportive. I have yet to find another place comparible now I no longer live in Sheffield ❤️
Fabulous community dance school with inclusivity at it’s heart, providing an environment where everyone can live their dancing dreams whether they aspire to a future career in dance or are a more mature (!) adult beginner. Cannot recommend highly enough.
