One of the best cleanest garages I’ve been to in a long time. You can tell straight away that your car will be safe here and handled with care. The down to earth mechanics are clued up & they actually know what they are doing.
Me and my father had a bit of an emergency with our cars oil cap. When we called up the staff immediately advised us on what we could do in the short term as well as doing their best to point us in the direction of getting a quick replacement, including checking in with their own supplier. Upon visiting them at their location the service was quick and advice clear, which is helpful for someone as clueless about cars as I am as a result we got home without a problem.

What an amazing job Smiths Auto did. The ride quality is now spot on. No more bangs and punches through the spine on every speed bump. Also, they must have fixed the key fob because now it miraculously works.

I put my car in for an MOT and everything was fine, it passed and I was really happy. They fit me in at short notice and provided a courtesy car, which was great.
24/7 went above and beyond to help me – I cannot rate them too highly from Lorraine on reception , who was so understanding and supportive, to Craig who fixed my car in record time although it was a tricky job. I would definitely use this garage every time if I didn’t live 90 miles away –
I was extermely pleased with the courtesy shown to me by Lorraine on the main Reception who kept me updated with progress during the day and with the work done by Ryan the Mechanic.
