Vito offers for your enjoyment some dishes representing the best from his native souther Italy, but you’ll also find some great discoveries from regions such as Tuscany, Puglia and many others. Vito’s is one of a handful of restaurants in Sheffield that are genuinely Italian-owned and operated. What’s more, it’s also the longest-established of it’s kind. Had the first pizza after 3-4 years! That was amazing authentic Italian pizza! Vegeteriana! It tasted like the one I had last time at home! It was like the one someone spends fair amount of time to prepare it, but arrived kn the table quickly! Tastes differently from greasy pizzas! The staff were well mannered and nice. Highly recommended.
Amazing food and amazing customer service !! Vito and his team made my week! This was my first time visiting Vito’s but surely will not be the last time. I went to Vito’s with my friends to try the lobster ravioli and the ravioli was 10/10, no skimping on lobster or on prawns, absolutely delicious.
The restaurant had a warm, open feeling to it and the bar area feels a little rustic. Our waiter was very friendly and tentative which I love about proper Italian restaurants, the staff always want to make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in.

What We Offer:

La Scala was established in 1999 as a family orientated restaurant, with an aim to provide classic Italian dishes to its clientele. Situated in the suburb of Millhouses, La Scala not only provides its visitors with classic and wholesome cuisine but also with an atmosphere to match. The interior of the restaurant reflects that of a traditional Italian trattoria, with features and fittings centred on a theatrical theme. The restaurant serves two floors, with the lower ground floor also catering for parties and those who wish to indulge in the wine bar. There is a car park at the rear of the building and visitors can enter from the bar entrance or from Abbeydale Road.

SPECIALITY:

Rolled chicken breast stuffed with asparagus & scamorza, wrapped in parma ham. Cooked in a creamy chicken sauce. Sirloin steak cooked with green peppers, brandy, demi glace and a touch of cream

This was an extremely vibrant experience, especially for Valentine’s Day. A great atmosphere, lovely staff and amazing food! I would definitely recommend this for anyone (and definitely couples) as it is quaint, cosy, and a comforting atmosphere.
Husband and I had our anniversary dinner here. Excellent food, fresh ingredients. Excellent service. We also chatted with the owner – that was terrific too! I would definitely come back.
It’s a dilemma! Do we keep quiet about the warm welcome, great choices of menu, the friendly, welcoming atmosphere, staff who were all of the same friendly and welcoming manner, the excellent food and drink, in the hope that it doesn’t get too busy so we can always get in.

Really delicious food all made fresh. They were great with a group (7 of us). They were brilliant with dietary requirements we had a coeliac (gluten free) and low dairy all which they had no issues sorting. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful with everything but especially good with dietary requirements which is a huge positive for folks with allergens.
We had an amazing time! The food was brilliant and the staff were welcoming and lovely! Good selection of wine and they also allow bringing in our own choice of wine. Will definitely visit again.
This is the 4th time we’ve visited this place and we cannot be more happy with the delicious food and the warmth of the staff! Absolutely brilliant people that clearly care about the food they make and serve and above all else, their customers. Lovely place to go to and there will definitely be a 5th time soon for us.
